Your jewelry is designed for everyday wear and can last for years with proper care. Like all fine jewelry, however, it can break if pulled or snagged.
Absolutely. Simply cut the chain at the welded jump ring with scissors or small jewelry cutters. Save your chain—we may be able to re-weld it later.
Yes! Our 14K gold-filled and sterling silver pieces are selected for everyday wear. You can shower, swim, sleep, and exercise in them.
14K gold-filled jewelry is much more durable than gold-plated jewelry and is made for long-term wear. Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time but can be cleaned and polished.
Yes! You can personalize select chains with charms, connectors, or lockets, depending on what we have available.
Yes. Fine permanent jewelry generally does not need to be removed for standard airport security screening.
Always follow your healthcare provider or facility’s instructions. If they require all jewelry to be removed, your permanent jewelry should be cut off beforehand.

Due to the custom-fit nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final and non-refundable.
7-DAY RE-WELD POLICY
If your jewelry breaks at the welded connection within 7 days of purchase, Loop & Locket will re-weld it free of charge, provided the original chain is brought back and is in a condition that can be safely re-welded.
LOST OR DAMAGED JEWELRY
Loop & Locket is not responsible for lost jewelry or jewelry that is damaged, broken, stretched, snagged, or removed after purchase. Replacement chains, charms, connectors, or other components are not included in our complimentary re-weld policy.
PLEASE NOTE
Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but it is not indestructible. Your welded jump ring is intentionally delicate enough to break away if the jewelry is pulled or caught.
